Holding Tension…

The world teaches us to choose — light or dark, joy or pain, faith or fear. But what if the real growth happens when we learn to hold both?

Holding tension isn’t weakness; it’s divine balance. It’s standing between what is and what’s becoming — trusting that God is still present in the in-between.

Spiritually, it’s the pause before the breakthrough. The quiet ache before the dawn. Jesus held tension on the cross — between heaven and earth, between surrender and strength — and through that tension, grace was born.

When we learn to hold our own, we discover that peace isn’t found by escaping the struggle, but by standing steady inside it.

We breathe.

We trust.

We let the stretch make us stronger.

Because the world will always pull, twist, and test us — but what’s divine in us cannot be broken.
