Most recently I hung out with my girls one night and we had some deep conversations. The focus was moved to someone’s feet.

We tend to look at our feet as bad, cute, ugly, or one toe maybe bigger than the other. They may have an arch or not. All the above critical things we can say about them .

That night a good friend of mine shared a story with us. In that story she said her feet have lead her to the many places, situations, and people in her life. Some good some bad, but they have lead her all her life. So she takes care of them.

My question to you and myself…Where will your feet lead you next?

I used to think that when someone said they needed space that it was a negative thing. Often I would take offense to it. Most recently I looked up the meaning of space and part of the meaning is “expanse which is free”

In my own life I have taken myself either out a situation to gain space or just to be free within myself. I was better for it.

So in a nutshell take that time or space that you need from whatever or whomever it is😏

Something that I’m learning is, there’s always going to be some trial or set back in my life. More rainy days thank rainbows and sunshine.

The question is… How will I respond when those clouds roll in??

On a daily basis you will use a door to close, open, crack, even lock. Doors can open a room to a party, your favorite restaurant, even to a movie. There are millions of possibilities. The question I want to pose is.. what if you open the wrong door?? Opening up a door to a job that will make you happy financially but will cause you to work crazy hours with no life. Or a door that leads to a marriage/dating relationship that ended and that person wants to try again. What would you say? What would you do? Some doors should not be left cracked, they are meant to be shut for good.

Was listening to this song on my way to work this morning, and just started Feelin all the things that have changed in my life and what’s to come.

Dat Feelin of divorce. Dat feeling of transitioning into a single woman and all that it comes with. Dat Feelin of 2023 coming around the corner and all the possibilities to come.

Dat Feelin of knowing in this new chapter of mine, I will be utterly happy without reason.

Often times our lives can seem like a whirlwind, due to losing a job, divorce, the loss of someone you love etc. The list can go on, but in those moments we can become weak or not know what to do.

It can feel like the video game Call Of Duty.You’re shooting then all of a sudden you don’t have anymore ammo and need to reload. So you ask your partner to COVER ME, so I CAN “RELOAD”

In that moment you’re not dead, but without cover and reload you could be. That reload applies to real life. The question is, Who covers you when you need to reload? When you need to reload from a break up, feeling weak in the mind, or hardships.

Reload could look like, going before God, a walk, a break away from whatever it is that’s breaking you down.

So going forward don’t forget to RELOAD by any means!!!

This is a love letter to my heart. My heart you’ve been broken so many times, and yet you still keep beating. You are loved heart, held, massaged, and tended to.

I will never put you through what I put you through again. You deserve the THE AWARD FOR STRENGTH

When I tell you guys that I feel so free, more than I have felt in a long time. With my mind, my body and spirit. Let me tell you there’s no feeling like it. So many times in which some of you could possibly relate to is that

We always hold on to past garbage, bad relationships, hurtful words, hurtful feelings the list can go on and on. Welp I’ve said no more to it all and choosing to be Liberated.

Liberation has asked me to be as many things as I am, all at once, without apology defense or explanation. All the parts of me are friends. They live in one body and are led by one spirit.

Liberation knows about the past, grace for the present moment and BIG ENERGY for the future.

With that being said… I welcome my next chapter, that long walk of happiness, endurance, love, peace, and Liberation❤️
