Our minds will have us feeling crazy at times. It will play tricks on you. It will have you thinking about a time in your life that you didn’t want to, a bad break up, death, etc. With that being said I’m learning to train my mind to not let it go to places I don’t want to.
Think about it… If you’re thinking about the future you’re sitting in anxiety. If you’re thinking about the past you’re sitting in depression, but if your thoughts are present you should be the happiest.
So in a nutshell change your thoughts don’t let them overtake you especially the bad ones.
